
I do strict exercises more than 10 hours per week. Last month, I got lazy again and quit exercising for one week. After that, I began to gain back the weight I had lost. Why did this happen?
Analysis: Keeping up with an exercise routine can be very difficult - especially when most of us are living such busy lives already. There just doesn't seem to be any time left over to get it done. Instead of trying to maintain a vigorous exercise routine, scale it back a little and break it down into shorter spans. The easier it seems to achieve, the more likely you are to stick with it.
