The kiwi fruit is nutritious so that it is a good choice for beauty. However, how can we quickly achieve our goals of weight loss using the kiwi? Next are the hints from Chinese traditional medicines:

1. Eat one to three kiwi fruits per day.

2. Eat one kiwi for breakfast and then drink a cup of water.

3. If not full, add some soy milk or yoghurt.
