Method 4: Cucumbers for weight-loss

I lose an average of 5 kg per week with this method. Here are my healthy recipes of cucumbers and eggs for one week:

Breakfast: an egg (or sauced egg), a cucumber

Lunch: an egg (or sauced egg), a cold dish made of cucumber

Dinner: one or two cucumbers, or a cold dish made of cucumber

From the second week, eat boiled or steamed meats and green vegetables without frying in oil. Only eat eggs and cucumbers after 4 pm. Soy milk and milk is recommended to be taken in the morning with some fruit. Combed with proper exercises, you'll lose weight even faster! You can not recover food intake as before dieting, so increase the intake amount gradually! After a month, your appetite will be much less and only a little food will make you full! This method does not limit the amount of cucumbers and eggs you can eat.

Tips: The first week is very important. You can eat eggs and cucumbers to the feeling of satiety. Eating them too much is forbidden!

Principle of weight loss

Pharmacological studies suggest that fresh cucumber contains propanoldiacid which can inhibit the conversion from carbohydrate into fat. Cucumber also contains cellulose, which promotes bowel movements, thereby speeding up the excretion and lowering cholesterol level. Cucumbers are low calorie and is an ideal vegetable for patients with high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes with obesity.

The lecithin in egg yolk is an emulsifier which can emulsify the fat and cholesterol into tiny particles so that it is utilized by the body after excreting out of the blood vessels; eggs also make higher density of lipoprotein in the blood to protect against hardening of blood vessels. Eating eggs for diet is proven to be a scientific, effective and practical weight-loss method.
