Progressive nutritional and healthy recipes for every meal

  • a) Breakfast
    Substitution of fruits and vegetables
    Choose vegetable juices instead of the average breakfast to supplement necessary fibers and vitamins and to clean the intestines.
  • b) Lunch 
    Substitution by yogurt
    Choose some solid yogurt to satisfy the body in case you get hungry or have an upset stomach. By eating solid foods, the stomach will give out a signal of having eaten, which will satisfy it more than drinking will.
  • c) Dinner
    Try to skip dinner, if you can. If not, at least refrain from eating anything after 8pm each night.
