Mr. Patrick Wright: Owner, Mr. Wright has been in the fitness industry 22 years as a competitive natural bodybuilder, fitness instructor and personal trainer. He has always challenged himself physically and mentally even while in the military by graduating from one of the toughest and most prestigious military courses the U.S. Army’s Ranger School.
Mr. Wright is a former Drill Instructor and because of his expert knowledge of fitness and unique ability to train the mind and body, he was specifically selected to get recruits in shape that were physically unable to enter basic training due to a low level of fitness.
Mr. Wright completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland University College. Mr. Wright is a graduate of the U.S. Army Sports Science Institute as a Master Fitness Instructor and also holds certifications through the American Aerobic Association International & International Sports Medicine Association (AAAI/ISMA) for Advance Personal Fitness Trainer; Kid & Teens Fitness Instructor Certification; Older Adult Fitness Trainer Certification and Phase III Personal Fitness Trainer Certification.
Ms. Nichel Pitts: Personal Trainer with a vast fitness background including specialized
work with kids and teens at youth summer camps. Ms. Pitts is an avid fitness enthusiast
who takes pride and enjoyment in helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Ms.Pitts is an expert fitness trainer and she is constantly researching the
latest training techniques so that she can provide her customers with the best
fitness services possible.
Ms. Pitts holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Exercise and Sports Science and is a certified Personal Fitness Trainer in
addition to other specialty fitness certifications through AAAI/ISMA.
Mr. Larry Phillips: Personal Trainer and avid runner completing the Army Ten
Miler race every year. Mr. Phillips completed his undergraduate degree at
Excelsior University and his graduate degree at Webster University.
While in the military, Mr. Phillips attended and completed the U.S.
Army Master Fitness Trainer Course.
He is certified as a Personal
Fitness Trainer and also holds other specialty certifications with AAAI/ISMA.
All trainers are insured, CPR/AED certified and have personal fitness trainer certifications through AAAI/ISMA
